Which communes do you cover?
NADVICE works in all 57 communes of Algiers Province, from Zéralda to Rouïba and from Alger-Centre to Birtouta. Send us your commune on WhatsApp and we’ll arrange the visit.
Can I choose a female or a male cleaner?
Yes. You choose a female or a male cleaner, whichever you prefer. Just say so in your message.
Do I need to provide products and equipment?
No. Your cleaner arrives with all the products and equipment needed. If you prefer a particular product, let us know.
How do I find out the price?
The price depends on your home and the tasks: we tell you on WhatsApp or by phone before the visit. Prices will soon be shown in the NADVICE app.
How do I pay?
You pay after the service, in cash or online.
What are your hours?
We work 7 days a week, from 8am to 6pm, by appointment. Message us in advance to choose your slot.
What’s the difference between light and deep cleaning?
Light cleaning covers floors, tidying and dusting. Deep cleaning adds windows, washing up and a thorough clean of the kitchen and bathroom.
How do you select your cleaners?
Every cleaner is hired after an identity check and an interview, then trained by NADVICE. We follow up after each visit.
Do I need to be at home during the cleaning?
We recommend being there at the start of the visit to explain your priorities. For the rest, we agree on it together.
How do I reschedule or cancel a visit?
Message us on WhatsApp as early as possible, ideally the day before, and we’ll offer you another slot.
How do I book?
Message us on WhatsApp or call +213 558 86 36 73. Tell us your home type, commune, the service and your preferred date, and we’ll book the visit together.
Which languages can I use?
French, Arabic or English, whichever you prefer.
